Hello, sunny Oslo!

Meet Magdalena & Chrysa, two doctoral students brought together by a shared love of baking, travelling and supporting community projects. After meeting and hitting it off at Oslo Soup’s first event, they decided to get baking.

So this fabulous Greek-German team launched their Spring Bake hobby-venture during Restaurant Day on May 21st, selling baked goods out of Magdalena’s apartment window in Grunerløkka.

We think so, and l♥ve Spring Bake, which epitomises what Oslo Soup stands for: you don’t have to have huge ambitions, an industrial kitchen and sleek premises to brighten people’s day with a muffin.
